Rogue women
Bright women

Women hungry for bread
Hungry for kindness
Thirsty for love
Thirsty to be seen and to see
Empowered women
We suffer together

We burn
In the kitchen
Or on the street
Or in the flames of accusation and abuse
Or a prisoner with a chained leg

With hidden love in the heart
Hidden memories in the soul
Hidden unspoken words
Unexpressed wishes
We suffer together
Burnt women
In regret
Longing for freedom
In search of spare time

Come
Let’s sing with injured chords
To revolt the veins of the world
To grow and nurture
Freedom and peace
Wipe away the tears
And bring smiles to lips
A home without laughter
Is devoid of happiness

زنان سرکش
زنان روشن

زنان گرسنه ی نان
گرسنه ی مهر
تشنه ی عشق
تشنه ی دیده شدن و دیدن
زنان توانمند
همدردیم !

می سوزیم
یا در آشپزخانه
یا در خیابان
یا در آتش تهمت و بهتان
و یا زنجیری در پا
ساکن زندان

با عشق های نهفته در دل
یادهای نهفته در جان
حرفهای نگفته ی پنهان
آرزوهای نیامده بر زبان
همدردیم!
زنان سوخته
در حسرت
در آرزوی آزادی
در جستجوی فراغت

بیایید
با حنجره های زخمی
آوازی بخوانیم
که بشوراند رگهای جهان را
برویاند آزادی را و صلح را
بزداید اشک ها را
و بنشاند بر لبها لبخند
خانه ی بی لبخند
تهی از خوشبختی ست .

بشکنید سکوت را
کودکان درد را می فهمند !!
