Canadian born in Iran, completed both her B.Mus and M.Mus in solo piano performance at the Schulich School of Music McGill University in Canada.As a versatile pianist in both solo and collaborative repertoire, she had attended the Franz-Schubert Institute in Austria and the Académie Francis Poulenc in France on scholarships.

In 2011, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music London, UK, studying piano with well-known British pianist Julius Drake and Christopher Elton.Based in Montreal and works as a collaborative pianist at the Schulich School of Music, McGill University. Sanaz also works with companies suchas Les Ballet Jazz the Montreal/BJM, the Canadian Vocal Arts Institute/ICAV and Graphics eMotion.
