I wonder…
Why do stars twinkle?
Why do stars shine?
What is more ethereal?
A swarm of butterflies
that shimmer and preen?
Or the sun that shines through the rain…
That bit of warmth through the chilly droplets
What ebbs away faster?
Those hues of a rainbow
Or a man’s happiness
I wonder…
