Janine Bensouda is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Athar Consulting, Author of TTBTM Model and Organization Culture Expert Consultant.  Janine has over 25 years of international experience in Customer & Employee Engagement (CX and EE) and various aspects of Human Capital development in functions ranging from Consulting, Training, Marketing, Business Transformation, Project Management and Product Development.

Janine has managed projects for Fortune 100 companies in the Middle East, North America, Asia Pacific and Australia and created measurable processes to successfully translate prestigious brands into superior employee and customer experiences. Janine is the author of the Think Talk Behave Model™, a proprietary tool.

Janine has worked for and consulted over 50 banks in more than 35 countries all over the world.  Janine is a Certified Assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) as well as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). Janine is an ODI Certified Trainer for TQA (The Quality Advantage) and QAT (Quality Action Teams) and is a Benchmark Portal certified Contact Center Auditor and Center of Excellence examiner. Janine is also active on the speaking circuit in the UAE and abroad.

Janine a successful triathlete, mother and entrepreneur, excelling at endurance sport has had a huge positive impact on her family and business!

Janine studied singing formally from a young age and even sang opera when only 14 years old! Her love for singing continued throughout her life with many performances in bands, concerts and musicals.

Most recently Janine played lead roles in two professional musicals (Hairspray and West side Story) alongside London West End professionals at Ductac in Dubai. Janine believes that singing unites us all in a way that is powerful, inclusive and passionate. Music is a key part of her life.
